End of the World Engagement

Welcome to the very first blog on my new website. The plan is to keep things short & sweet, and only share what I think you’ll like.

This winter I moved house, turned the downstairs office/movie/gym room into the new AWP HQ. I had fun shooting a wedding promo for The Conservatory at The Grand Hotel at Skycity in Auckland which I’ll be sharing with you soon.

My favourite winter activity is going over to Fiji to shoot a wedding and I’ll be sharing one of these soon too.

But first here’s a short film & stills shot of Sarah & Steve’s creative engagement shoot who I met at the May Bride and Groom Show.  The talented Jolyon of White Cinematography (www.whitevideo.co.nz) & I met Sarah & Steve on site of his work, ‘the place where they keep the skips!’ and from that we made this film.. proving you can tell a love story anywhere.  The music was the starting point, Sarah a makeup artist, made the dress & the rest is how you see it, give or take a few directions from us. We had such fun shooting it. We hope you enjoy watching it.
